Shipping policy

COVID-19: 

Due to COVID-19 lockdown and the global pandemic, all couriers are over loaded therefore delays may happen. The shipment of your order is made as fast as possible but after delivering at the courier the delays may occur and this is out of our control.

 

EU orders:

Please note that parcels are taking longer to arrive.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, local sales taxes and administration charges. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.  Unfortunately we are unable to advise on the amount that this may be.  Any orders cancelled, returned to sender or refused due to customs fees will be subject to a restocking fee of €15.
