Stains: Treat the stain locally with some water. Above all, do not use soap.
Freshen up: Hang the wool up in the steam of your bathroom or use a handsteamer
Wash: Wash it cold/lukewarm by hand or in a wool washing program. Let it dry flat to maintain the original shape. Always use a wool detergent!
Ironing: It is not necessary to iron wool. If you still want to iron it, iron it with a steam iron or with a wet cloth between the iron and the wool
